Delete your account
In the app (fastest)
- Open Geocam and go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
- If you signed in more than a few minutes ago, you will be asked to sign in again first.
Your account is deleted immediately.
Without the app
Email lakshmisellerss@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account". Send it from the email address on your account, or tell us whether you used Sign in with Apple or Google. We may ask you to confirm before we delete anything. We complete requests within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your account: email address, user ID and sign-in links (email, Apple, Google)
- Your profile: age confirmation, last platform, app version and last-seen date
- Your Premium link and your RevenueCat customer record
- If you used Sign in with Apple: the app's access to your Apple ID is revoked
What is kept
- Anonymous records of past store transactions, with your identity removed, for as long as accounting and tax law requires
- An anonymous note that an account was deleted, with the date and platform
Photos, locations and addresses are never stored by us, so there is nothing to delete on our side. Photos you saved remain in your phone's gallery.
Subscriptions are separate. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Apple or Google bills it, so cancel it in your store account (see Support).
